The aim of these sessions is for Leaders to meet collaborate on aspects of T&L such as homework, assessment, CPD and QA including feedback and developing understanding of instructional coaching.

These sessions are planned by Subject Leaders and include a range of tasks such as: moderation/standardisation, professional reading, sharing good practice, developing resources, quality assurance activities or re-writing assessments of curriculum.
External CPD
Staff can request to attend additional CPD linked to their job role and a number of staff are completing NPQs
