My visit to Erasmus Darwin Academy was very, very positive on so many levels. The culture of willingness to engage in honest self-evaluation that exists at all levels is hugely encouraging. There is a real sense of community, resilience and collective endeavour which provides a high degree of confidence and reassurance in relation to future outcomes and ongoing success.
